I’m Angeli—but somewhere along the way, nearly everyone started calling me Angie.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been planning, organizing, troubleshooting, and bringing celebrations to life. Today, I specialize in upscale weddings throughout Palm Beach and South Florida, combining thoughtful design with the kind of meticulous logistics that make a beautiful wedding feel effortless.
I’m the planner who wants to know how your reception will look—but I’m equally interested in how it will work. Where your guests will naturally gather. How your vendors will load in. Whether your timeline actually gives you time to enjoy the day. What happens if the weather changes. And whether all those beautiful details we spent months planning can actually be executed the way we envisioned them.
Because beautiful weddings don’t just happen.

I’ve been running around in heels organizing weddings for couples since i was 18.
Weddings have been part of my world for as long as I can remember. Growing up as a pastor’s child, I watched my father officiate countless weddings and saw couples begin not only a beautiful celebration, but an entirely new chapter of their lives.
At 18, I became a certified wedding planner and booked my first wedding.
More than two decades later, wedding trends have changed, venues have changed, and my emergency kit has gotten considerably better—but I’m still the planner running around in heels (or glitter Gucci loafers), making sure every detail is exactly where it belongs.
And after all these years, I still genuinely love it.

While you’re living the moments you’ve spent months looking forward to, I’ll be behind the scenes keeping everything moving—and handling the unexpected before it ever needs to become your problem.
Time management is my superpower.
Budgets. Vendors. Floor plans. Design details. Timelines. Transportation. Rain plans. The tiny logistical decisions no one thinks about until they suddenly matter.
I genuinely love organizing all of it.
Some might call it obsessive. I prefer “visually organized overachiever with a label maker.”
Either way, it means you don’t have to keep all those moving pieces in your head.
I'll be super organized.
If the linen pattern your mom suggested doesn’t fit the vibe, I’ll tell you. If you decide you need an aerialist pouring champagne from the ceiling because it somehow perfectly tells your love story, I’ll figure out who we need to call.
I’ll give you an experienced opinion when you need one, a solution when something isn’t working, and honest guidance when there are twelve options and you just need someone to tell you which three actually make sense.
And somewhere along the way, we’ll probably become friends.

Our wedding spanned 2 days as we had a Hindu ceremony one day followed by a more typical western style reception the next day - so A LOT of details to plan but her attention to detail and organization was out of this world! I booked her for day of coordination and bridal valet, but she was there for me through the entire process, always going above and beyond for every small detail. Everything that came up, she handled with such grace and provided amazing, rational advice (which you don't always get when talking to wedding vendors). Even when my husband cut his foot while stomping on the glass during our Jewish ceremony, there was Angie helping to bandage him up and, somehow, seamlessly coordinated the table set up during the cocktail hour at the same time. Bridal valet was a great add on to helping us all get ready in the bridal and groom suite. All my other vendors raved about how detailed her timeline was.
My only wedding regret was not hiring Angie sooner to have her handle all the planning.

We hired them as day-of coordinators, but they quickly became so much more than that. They were our voices of reason, our biggest supporters, and even our therapists throughout the entire process. The professionalism was clear from the start, and they navigated every detail with such skill and empathy. On our big day they delivered a FLAWLESS event, which let us relax and truly soak in every moment. Corin studied the video I took at my last dress fitting and bustled my dress in record timing. The timeline was very impressive, and included many customizations that made it true to our desired flow of events -- something that we can't imagine being possible to replicate by an online timeline generator.
