We ensure that every detail of the bride’s attire is flawless, from white-glove dress handling and day-of steaming to delicate jewelry polishing. We assist with dressing from lacing gowns to pocket square folds. We assist in managing your train and veil, adjusting the dress for stunning shots, and offering last-minute styling. After the ceremony, we seamlessly bustle your gown, remove the veil, and provide hair and makeup touch-ups, if needed. With this service you can focus on enjoying every moment while looking effortlessly radiant throughout the day.

Everything that came up, she handled with such grace and provided amazing, rational advice (which you don't always get when talking to wedding vendors). Even when my husband cut his foot while stomping on the glass during our Jewish ceremony, there was Angie helping to bandage him up and, somehow, seamlessly coordinated the table set up during the cocktail hour at the same time. Bridal valet was a great add on to helping us all get ready in the bridal and groom suite. All my other vendors raved about how detailed her timeline was.

My only wedding regret was not hiring Angie sooner to have her handle all the planning.

We hired them as day-of coordinators, but they quickly became so much more than that. They were our voices of reason, our biggest supporters, and even our therapists throughout the entire process. The professionalism was clear from the start, and they navigated every detail with such skill and empathy. On our big day they delivered a FLAWLESS event, which let us relax and truly soak in every moment. Corin studied the video I took at my last dress fitting and bustled my dress in record timing. Yes, we carry the required million-dollar insurance policy mandated by venues and will provide your venue with a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

My venue requires insurance from all vendors, do you have this?

Our team is made up of experienced wedding planners! If Angeli isn’t your lead planner, you’ll receive a detailed bio of the planner assigned to you. In the unlikely event of an emergency with your assigned planner, another skilled team member will seamlessly step in to ensure your day runs smoothly.


Do you work with a team or is there  only one planner?

Our coordination service stands out by allowing you to choose how many hours you’d like us to be present on your wedding day (6 to 10 hours). However, if your venue requires a coordinator, we’ll likely need to be on-site for 8+ hours, ensuring coverage from when photography begins until the end of the night.


My venue requires I hire a coordinator, can I book a few hours?

We don’t think clients should be charged more simply because they’re spending more on their event. Our goal is to provide high-quality planning services at a fair price. After 20 years of wedding planning, Angeli has refinfed her planning process to be efficient and require less hours, therefore we price accordingly.


Your pricing is lower than the average luxury planner, why?

We’re confident the value we provide exceeds industry standards. Our Coordination and Valet services have hourly based options to save you money. Occasionally, we offer discounted rates for services handled by our associate planners. Check out our Resource page for free planning tools and guidance.


Your services are not within my budget, do you offer discounts?

Bridal valet offered by makeup companies focus solely on attire steaming and dressing, our service goes beyond. We provide wedding party etiquette coaching, attire styling for photos, morning timeline management, ceremony lineup organization, and access to a fully stocked wedding emergency kit.
